- Hello, my name is Eileen Pickard. I am wife and mother, I presently do work for the talented Dennis O'Neill who has created a fantastic show called 'Bail Out'. When I am not doing Bail Out work, I spend my time trying to be creative by making wreaths. I have lots of other projects in mind. I find that bringing floral arrangments into the home, makes the home feel like a joyful, happy atmosphere.
